You will work as part of a team under the close mentorship of Professional Engineers (PEs) who are eager to help you grow and succeed in your career. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, critical thinker, and problem solver. Someone with excellent communication skills who thrives in a collaborative environment and is ready to take on new challenges. Background in roadway, drainage, and pipeline design is a plus.

- Collaborate with a talented engineering team to solve design challenges and produce construction plans for local infrastructure projects.
- Use design software and drafting tools to accurately display and visually communicate calculations, design layouts, and concepts in order to create construction plans to build infrastructure improvements.
- Draft reports and present plans to audiences with a wide range of backgrounds and technical knowledge, translating engineering and scientific information into easily digestible concepts.
- Estimate construction costs and quantities, perform site visits, and review contractor submittals.

- Knowledge of civil engineering principles, practices, and tools.
