We design and engineer low‑latency Solace platform made up of Solace PubSub+ Event Brokers (Hardware Appliances) that support our most critical applications.The ideal candidate is a hands‑on Solace infrastructure engineer with a forward‑looking mindset centered around the 3As: Automation, APIs, and AI. You are a strong advocate of DevOps, SRE, and Agile practices and play a key role in designing and building a standardized, scalable, and resilient hardware‑based Solace platform. As a lead engineer, you will bring a strategic engineering mindset and deep experience managing complex enterprise infrastructure. In this role, you will collaborate closely with infrastructure teams and architects to design self‑service, highly available, and low‑maintenance platforms.
