Standard Job Description You will be the Operations Engineer Staff for the Air Dominance Production Operations team. Our team is responsible for leading Manufacturing Readiness Assessments and ensuring design maturity for block upgrade programs. What You Will Be Doing As the Operations Engineer Staff you will be responsible for supporting the transition of Air Dominance block upgrades onto active production lines, coordinating with engineering and GSC, and driving technical closure across the product lifecycle.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Lead Manufacturing Readiness Assessments, Design for Manufacturing, and Design to Cost activities. Perform hardware throughput analysis and monitor yields to prioritize design improvements. Coordinate with Engineering, GSC, and external sites to plan and execute transition activities.
