Job description

About Copado
Copado is the #1 DevOps Platform for Salesforce and the Cloud. We deliver an AI-enabled DevOps platform to enhance humans' ability to orchestrate business application development in the agentic age to drive digital transformation for 1,500+ of the most innovative brands on the planet - from Coca-Cola to T-Mobile to Volkswagen. Our agentic platform unites non-technical admins and pro-code developers on the same system and empowers enterprises to scale end-to-end software delivery across multi-cloud environments. We operate in a dynamic and competitive industry, and our consistent growth reflects our continued commitment to innovation and customer success.
Job Summary
Copado is looking for a highly analytical, collaborative, and business-minded Senior Analyst, GTM Operations to partner with our Enterprise Sales and Renewals organization. This role serves as both a strategic advisor and operational leader, helping drive predictable revenue growth through data-driven decision-making, scalable processes, and operational excellence.
As a trusted business partner, you will work closely with Sales, Customer Success, Finance, Marketing, and Executive Leadership to improve forecasting accuracy, optimize renewal operations, and provide actionable insights that enable the business to execute with confidence. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys solving complex business problems, influencing cross-functional stakeholders, and improving how go-to-market teams operate.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Business Partnership
  • Facilitate cross-functional alignment across Sales, Customer Success, Finance, Marketing, and Product Operations to drive execution.
  • Translate business priorities into scalable operational processes, reporting, and analytics.
  • Partner with sales and renewal leaders to identify risks, opportunities, and operational improvements.
  • Translate complex data sets into a clear narrative for leadership - identifying trends, risks, and opportunities before they're asked for.
  • Lead post-mortems on missed targets or process breakdowns, delivering root-cause analysis and recommended fixes.

Revenue Systems Strategy & Governance
  • Own the architecture and roadmap of the GTM tech stack (e.g., Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, ZoomInfo, CPQ), setting standards for integrations, data governance, and tool consolidation.
  • Lead vendor strategy end-to-end - evaluating new tools, negotiating renewals with Procurement, and building ROI cases that justify (or challenge) continued investment.
  • Design and enforce data governance standards that keep Salesforce a reliable system of record across the customer lifecycle.

Renewal Operations Excellence
  • Support and continuously improve Copado's renewal management process.
  • Partner with Renewals leadership to improve forecasting, renewal visibility, and customer retention planning.
  • Identify operational bottlenecks and recommend process improvements that increase efficiency and predictability.
  • Ensure renewal data quality and reporting support accurate business decisions.

Salesforce & Process Optimization
  • Partner with Salesforce administrators and technical teams to influence CRM design, workflows, automation, and user experience.
  • Define business requirements for enhancements that improve seller productivity and data quality.

Data & Insights
  • Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and performance metrics that provide actionable insights to leadership.
  • Support ad hoc analysis for strategic initiatives, territory planning, business reviews, and executive requests.
  • Leverage data to identify trends, recommend actions, and measure business outcomes.

Qualifications & Experience
Required Qualifications
  • 5-8 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, GTM Operations, Renewal Operations, or GTM Strategy within a B2B SaaS organization.
  • 1-2 years of direct experience supporting a Renewals or Customer Success organization preferred.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS revenue models, renewal motions, forecasting, and business performance management.
  • Advanced Salesforce experience with demonstrated ability to influence CRM design, business processes, workflows, and user experience.
  • Experience building dashboards and reports using Salesforce and other business intelligence tools.
  • Strong data analysis skills (Excel/Google Sheets, SQL preferred) with the ability to turn insights into executive-ready recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and executive presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting Enterprise Sales organizations.
  • Experience with forecasting methodologies and pipeline management.
  • Familiarity with subscription metrics including ARR, renewal rate, gross retention, and net revenue retention.
  • Experience with GTM technologies such as Salesforce, Gong, ChurnZero, ZoomInfo, Clay, or similar platforms.
  • Experience working within high-growth SaaS organizations.
  • Experience building AI Automations into GTM flow.
