We are looking for a DevOps Engineer to join our high-performing team on a dynamic program. In this role, the DevOps Engineer will work hands-on with cloud infrastructure, containerized platforms, and automation frameworks to enable scalable, secure, and efficient delivery of mission-critical systems. This position requires expertise in Kubernetes, AWS, automation tools and scripting, with the opportunity to support cutting-edge Big Data platforms. You will help architect, deploy, and maintain infrastructure for both cloud and on-premise systems, while championing reliability, repeatability, and performance. Responsibilities: * Design, implement, and maintain cloud-native and hybrid infrastructure solutions in AWS, with a focus on Elastic Kubernetes Service (EKS)
* Deploy and manage containerized applications using Kubernetes across development and production environments
* Automate infrastructure provisioning and application deployment using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform and Ansible
* Monitor and support Linux-based systems for availability and performance

* Stay current with emerging DevOps technologies, container orchestration strategies, and cloud capabilities Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
* Mid-level candidates: 3-8 years of relevant experience
* Senior-level candidates: 9-13 years of relevant experience
* SME-level candidates: 14+ years of relevant experience
* Hands-on experience with AWS services such as EKS, EC2, EBS, S3, Lambda
* Proficient in Linux systems administration and troubleshooting
* Proficient in scripting/programming abilities in Python, Bash, or Go
* Knowledge of containerization technologies (Docker) and orchestration platforms (Kubernetes)
* Experience with Terraform, Ansible, and other IaC or configuration management tools
* Familiarity with Git, Flux, and other development and deployment tools
* Demonstrated ability to work in Agile environments and use tools such as JIRA and Confluence
* Must be able to obtain Security+ certification within 60 days of hire
* Must be available to work on-site 4-5 days per week; flexibility is required to align with customer needs
* US citizenship and an active Secret clearance; will also accept TS/SCI or TS/SCI with CI Polygraph Desired Experience: * Experience with big data technologies like: Hadoop, Accumulo, Ceph, Spark, NiFi, Kafka, PostgreSQL, ElasticSearch, Hive, Drill, Impala, Trino, Presto, etc.
