The Operations Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the hotel, with a primary focus on Front Desk and Restaurant operations. The ideal candidate is a visible, hands-on leader who enjoys working with both guests and associates and is willing to step in wherever needed.
Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, train, and develop associates while maintaining accountability for performance and hotel standards.
  • Assist with recruiting, onboarding, scheduling, and performance management.
  • Handle guest concerns professionally and ensure timely resolution.
  • Monitor guest satisfaction scores, surveys, and service trends and develop solutions for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with Hilton brand standards, company policies, and Federal and State labor laws.
  • Conduct daily property walks to ensure cleanliness, safety, security, and overall hotel presentation.
  • Support Housekeeping, Engineering, Sales, and other departments as needed.
  • Monitor labor, payroll, inventory, and controllable expenses.
  • Assist the General Manager with budgeting, forecasting, financial performance, and overall hotel operations.
  • Participate in employee recognition and initiatives that promote a positive team environment.
  • Be willing to work alongside the Front Desk and Restaurant teams during busy periods or staffing needs.

Qualifications
  • Previous hotel operations leadership or supervisory experience required.
  • Front Office/Front Desk experience strongly preferred.
  • Restaurant or Food & Beverage experience preferred.
  • Hilton experience and PEP knowledge preferred.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to coach, motivate, and hold associates accountable.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated, dependable, and results oriented.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, 24-hour hotel environment.

Schedule & Availability
This is a hands-on management position requiring flexibility based on hotel business needs. The successful candidate must be available to work weekends, holidays, evenings, and occasional early mornings and be willing to adjust their schedule to support the operation when needed.
If you are a passionate hospitality leader who is ready to grow your career and make a direct impact on hotel operations, we would love to hear from you!
