We are excited to welcome a Bilingual Construction Operations Associate to our growing team! This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and energetic professional looking to build a career in the construction and remodeling industry. The ideal candidate will play a vital role throughout every stage of the client journey, helping coordinate projects, communicate with clients and subcontractors, manage scheduling, and support daily operations to ensure an outstanding customer experience from start to finish.

.DUTIES:

  • Answering and managing emails professionally.
  • Answering and directing phone calls professionally.
  • Coordinating with subcontractors regarding estimates, scheduling, and project execution.
  • Schedule client appointments, consultations, site visits, and follow-up meetings.
  • Create and deliver comprehensive project proposals, estimates, and sales presentations.
  • Collaborate with project managers, estimators, and field teams to ensure precise project planning and execution.
  • Oversee the entire sales cycle from initial contact to contract signing and project finalization.
  • Follow up potential and existing clients to uphold customer satisfaction and foster repeat business.
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and project terms while upholding company profitability objectives.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, contracts, and project progress.
  • Work closely with the operations and production teams to guarantee project schedules and client expectations are met.
  • Assist clients in selecting products, materials, finishes, and design recommendations as needed.
  • Address customer concerns and promptly resolve issues to uphold positive client relationships and the company's reputation.

Qualifications/Skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in a relevant area such as: Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering or similar discipline, and must be responsible and dependable.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish a ++
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Capacity to prioritize and meet deadlines
  • Strong computer skills, ability to learn and adapt to various databases
  • Strong knowledge of MS Word and Excel (required)
  • Excellent customer service skills, able to establish and maintain strong professional relationships
  • 2 strong references from previous employers/project owners
