Job Summary:

This role serves as a critical bridge between customer application insights and internal product development teams, driving ideation and enabling breakthrough products for performance-critical markets such as aerospace and defense.
Responsibilities:
• Lead the innovation, development, and application of products from ideation through market launch.
• Advise leadership on product and process development strategies.
• Co-own the business development funnel to align with strategic growth initiatives.
• Contribute to strategic planning, direction, and goal setting for product development programs.

Qualifications:
