Job Summary:
Sub-Zero Group, Inc. is a leading manufacturer of luxury kitchen appliances. The Application Developer will design and enhance Dynamics 365 CE / Dataverse solutions, implement automation, and manage data quality and governance processes.
Responsibilities:
โ€ข Design, configure, and enhance Dynamics 365 CE / Dataverse solutions, including tables, relationships, forms, views, business rules, modelโ€‘driven apps, security roles, and solution components.
โ€ข Build and maintain automation using Power Automate and Dataverse capabilities to enforce standards, streamline processes, and reduce manual intervention.
โ€ข Implement and support lightโ€‘toโ€‘moderate custom development (e.g., plugins, custom actions, clientโ€‘side scripting) where platform capabilities alone are insufficient.
โ€ข Troubleshoot platform, automation, and customization issues with a focus on root cause resolution and longโ€‘term stability.
โ€ข Manage solution lifecycle across environments (Dev/Test/Prod), including packaging, deployments, versioning, documentation, and rollback planning.
โ€ข Implement data quality controls such as validation rules, reference data enforcement, duplicate prevention/detection, and exception workflows.
โ€ข Define and monitor actionable data health metrics (e.g., completeness, duplicates, invalid values, stale records).
โ€ข Partner with business owners to improve upstream data entry practices and reduce data issues at the source.

โ€ข Coordinate with security and infrastructure teams on identity, service principals, access controls, and secure connectivity.
โ€ข Contribute to integration design within established enterprise patterns; this role is not the sole integration or enterprise architect.
Qualifications:
Required:
โ€ข Proven experience engineering and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and Dataverse, including data modeling, security, solutions, and environments.
โ€ข Strong handsโ€‘on experience with Power Automate, including flow design, triggers, approvals, error handling, and operational support.
โ€ข Working knowledge of data modeling and SQL concepts, with the ability to diagnose data integrity and integration issues.
โ€ข Experience operating within governed ALM / SDLC practices for Power Platform and Dynamics 365.
โ€ข Practical experience working with REST APIs and JSONโ€‘based integrations.
