Compensation:New hires for this position typically start between $105,951and $141,268annually, depending on factors such as work location, experience, qualifications, skills, competencies, internal equity, and market conditions. What you'll do

Serving as a member of PHS Behavioral Health treatment team, the ARNP has overall Medical and/or Psychiatric responsibility for monitoring client's treatment and staff delivery of clinical services. The ARNP provides medical and/or psychiatric assessments, medication management and treatment; clinical supervision, education and training of the team; and development; maintenance, and supervision of medication and medical treatment policies and procedures

What you'll bring (required qualifications):

  • Must be licensed as an Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner (ARNP) in good standing.
  • CPR Certification
  • Previous experience providing medical services.
  • 2 years' experience working with persons of color, sexual minorities and vulnerable population

Preferably you'll bring (preferred/desirable qualifications):

  • Experience treating adult and older adult populations strongly preferred.
  • 3 years' experience as a Medical or Psychiatric provider for crisis and detox programs
