As a Remote Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will engage in a variety of tasks that are critical to our clients’ recovery:

• Offer online therapeutic support through video and telephonic sessions tailored to the unique needs of each client.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments to develop personalized care plans that support clients' mental health and addiction recovery goals.
• Guide clients through the complexities of available community and healthcare resources, ensuring they receive the necessary referrals and support.
• Collaborate effectively within a virtual team environment, sharing insights and strategies to enhance client care and outcomes.

Your primary focus will be on clients navigating the difficult path of detoxification and early recovery. Many of these individuals may be experiencing anxiety, depression, or other mental health challenges alongside their substance use issues. It is essential to approach each client with empathy, offering support that respects their personal journey while promoting healing and long-term recovery.

• A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) and a current California Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license are required.
• A minimum of two years of post-graduate experience in clinical or fieldwork, specifically in mental health or addiction services.
• Ability to work independently and maintain organization in a remote setting, using technology effectively to manage client interactions.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a knack for building rapport and trust with clients.

While the minimum experience required is two years, we prefer candidates with:

• Experience working specifically in detox or addiction recovery settings.
• Knowledge of evidence-based practices in substance use treatment.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and techniques for effective online therapy.

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 120,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a strong salary, you will receive:
