Moonlight Mental Healthcare Services is seeking a dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our compassionate team in a full-time remote capacity. Work Environment

This position operates in a remote setting, allowing you to balance your professional responsibilities with personal commitments while working from the comfort of your home. As you contribute to our detox center's objectives, you will collaborate closely with a team of professionals, maintaining continuous communication to ensure optimal outcomes for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations for clients entering the detox center, ensuring individualized treatment plans are developed based on their unique needs.
  • Actively participate in the creation and execution of Individualized Treatment Plans (ITPs) that outline specific goals and interventions for each client.
  • Utilize evidence-based approaches to address clients' mental health and substance use issues, facilitating individual and group therapy sessions as appropriate.
  • Monitor clients' progress, providing ongoing support and adjustments to treatment plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary team members.
  • Engage with families to provide support, education, and resources, ensuring that they are informed and involved in their loved one's recovery journey.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with all Federal and State regulations governing mental health and detox services.
  • Incorporate a coaching model and natural environment teaching into your practice, offering practical skills and insights to clients that focus on real-life application.
  • Foster strong, therapeutic relationships with clients, promoting a safe and respectful environment conducive to healing.
Patient Population / Client Focus

This role focuses on adults who are undergoing detoxification from substance use, including alcohol and various drugs. Our clientele often face complex mental health issues alongside their substance use challenges, requiring a multifaceted approach to therapy and support. Your role will be vital in guiding them through this critical phase of recovery, utilizing a compassionate and strengths-based approach.

Qualifications
  • A Masterโ€™s Degree or Doctorate in Social Work from an accredited institution.
  • A valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license recognized by the California Department of Public Health.
  • A minimum of one year's experience in clinical social work, particularly in a setting that addresses substance use issues or early intervention.
  • A valid driverโ€™s license to facilitate outreach and support for family involvement, when necessary.
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and time management skills, allowing for effective multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively within a diverse team to achieve common goals and uplift client outcomes.
Preferred Experience
  • Bilingual capabilities are highly advantageous, enabling better communication with a broader range of clients.

Compensation and Benefits
