What You’ll Do:

• Take the reins in securing agreements with subcontractors, ensuring every project is aligned with goals and timelines.
• From creating job start-up summaries to managing budgets, you’ll help launch and drive projects forward.
• Develop detailed budgets, track changes, and generate invoices, ensuring financial accuracy every step of the way.
• Oversee field work and ensure the highest standards of safety and quality are upheld throughout the project lifecycle.
• Supervise subcontractors to foster a culture of teamwork, safety, and compliance.
• Attend stake holder meetings and provide clear, concise project updates to keep everyone informed and aligned.
• Team up with marketing to showcase our top-tier solutions and bring in new business—helping us grow, while turning client visions into reality!

Physical Requirements:

• You’ll be on your feet, conducting site inspections in any weather condition.

Experience & Education:

• Previous experience managing multiple stake holders and trades.
• Previous experience in marketing or sales within the construction industry is a plus.
• A minimum of 8-10 years in construction.
• High School Diploma required; degree in construction or equivalent work experience preferred.
