We are seeking a highly connected and commercially driven leader to build and scale our Professional Skincare Channel globally, with a primary focus on dermatologists, aesthetic physicians, plastic surgeons, and leading medical-aesthetic clinics, while selectively developing strategic partnerships within luxury wellness, longevity, and hospitality environments that align with Noble Panacea's scientific and luxury positioning."
This unique role requires a hybrid medical and business profile: someone who understands clinical skincare science, has credibility within the dermatology and aesthetic medicine community, and possesses the commercial expertise to develop strategic partnerships that drive adoption, advocacy, and long-term growth.
The ideal candidate brings experience working with premium physician-dispensed skincare brands and has an established network of Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), clinic owners, medical directors, and aesthetic practitioners across major global markets.
This individual will serve as the bridge between science and commercial success-translating Noble Panacea's breakthrough technology into compelling clinical value propositions that inspire physician recommendation and patient adoption.

Key Responsibilities
Professional Channel Strategy & Business Development
  • Define and execute Noble Panacea's global professional channel strategy across dermatology clinics, aesthetic medicine practices, plastic surgery centers, physician-dispensed skincare networks, and selected luxury wellness and hospitality partners.
  • Identify, recruit, and develop high-value clinical partners and centers of excellence that align with the brand's scientific positioning and luxury credentials.
  • Drive new business acquisition and achieve annual sales, distribution, and profitability objectives within the medical-aesthetics channel.
  • Build strategic partnerships with leading dermatologists, aesthetic physicians, and clinic groups across key markets including North America, EMEA, Asia-Pacific, and the Middle East.
  • Lead negotiations and commercial agreements with clinics, physician groups, and distribution partners.
  • Identify and develop strategic partnerships with leading longevity clinics, wellness destinations, luxury spas, and hospitality groups where physician-led skincare and wellness services complement the Noble Panacea brand experience.

KOL Development & Medical Advocacy
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with influential dermatologists, aesthetic physicians, and industry thought leaders.
  • Identify opportunities for clinical collaborations, advisory boards, educational initiatives, peer-to-peer programs, and scientific events.
  • Represent Noble Panacea at major dermatology and aesthetic medicine congresses, conferences, and industry meetings.
  • Partner with Medical, Education, and Marketing teams to strengthen the brand's scientific reputation among healthcare professionals.

Clinical Adoption & Account Growth
  • Support clinic onboarding, implementation, and integration of Noble Panacea into treatment protocols and retail recommendations.
  • Develop customized business growth plans for key accounts to maximize physician engagement, patient conversion, and retail performance.
  • Monitor account productivity, replenishment rates, and commercial KPIs while identifying opportunities for growth.
  • Partner with Education teams to ensure physicians and clinic staff are fully trained on product science, treatment integration, and patient consultation techniques.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with clinic owners, medical directors, and leadership teams.
  • Support selected hospitality and wellness partners in integrating Noble Panacea into premium treatment offerings, retail programs, and guest experiences.

Cross-Functional & Project Work
  • Partner closely with Marketing and Brand to align local strategies, storytelling, and brand visibility within each environment.
  • Translate complex scientific and clinical concepts into compelling business opportunities and physician-facing programs. Ensure all brand assets, merchandising, and operational tools are implemented to the highest standard.
  • Provide market intelligence on industry trends, competitive activity, emerging technologies, and physician needs.•
  • Contribute to the development of global professional-channel best practices, playbooks, and growth strategies.

Requirements
  • Ideally with a degree in clinical, life sciences, healthcare, or related field preferred.
  • Additional business education (MBA or equivalent) is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of dermatology, skin biology, aesthetic medicine, and physician-dispensed skincare.
  • Up to 10 years of experience in professional skincare, medical aesthetics, dermatology, or related healthcare sectors. Experience within luxury wellness, hospitality, or longevity-focused environments is considered a strong plus.
  • Nice to have existing relationships within luxury wellness, longevity, private member club, or hospitality networks are advantageous.
  • Proven success working with physician-dispensed skincare brands such as SkinCeuticals, ZO Skin Health, Skinbetter Science, Alastin, Obagi, or similar.
  • Demonstrated experience developing and managing relationships with dermatologists, aesthetic physicians, plastic surgeons, and clinic owners.
  • Strong existing network of KOLs and industry influencers within dermatology and aesthetic medicine.
  • Proven track record of driving commercial growth through physician recommendation and clinic partnerships.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred).
  • Willingness to travel internationally up to 50%.
  • Passion for science-led skincare, innovation, and medical aesthetics.
