  • Establish partnerships with interior designers, hospitality partners, and local businesses to grow the brand presence
  • Ensure an exceptional "white glove" client experience, including bespoke services and in-home consultations

Operations & Store Excellence

  • Oversee all aspects of store operations including scheduling, reporting, and financial performance
  • Ensure execution of visual merchandising and brand presentation standards
  • Manage inventory, stock flow, and loss prevention processes
  • Partner with corporate teams to execute business initiatives and continuously improve store performance
  • Maintain compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements
Qualifications
  • 10+ years of retail management experience, preferably within luxury retail, hospitality, or interior design
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and leading high-performing teams
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze trends and adapt strategies
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with CRM tools, clienteling, and relationship-driven selling
  • Highly organized with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Proficiency in POS systems, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace
  • Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift and mobilize items up to 40 lbs. using appropriate equipment and techniques
  • Ability to move throughout the boutique, stockroom, and offsite locations as needed
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks including bending, stooping, and climbing ladders
