Overview

The Guest Experience Manager is responsible for overseeing Gallery/Experience Lounge and creating engaging experiences that enhance guest satisfaction, drive revenue, and support the overall positioning of the hotel as a destination.ย 

ResponsibilitiesThis position oversees daily operations, programming, special events, seasonal activations, and the overall guest experience associated with The Gathering while ensuring exceptional guest service and operational excellence. The Guest Experience Manager will develop, coordinate, and execute a diverse portfolio of experiential programming designed to enhance guest engagement, foster meaningful connections, support the hotel's brand positioning, and create memorable experiences for guests of all ages. The position is responsible for delivering dynamic, year-round offerings that evolve throughout the day and seasonally while driving guest satisfaction, community engagement, and incremental revenue opportunities. The position effectively handles guest needs and manages staff while maintaining efficient operations. The Guest Experience Manager participates in guest satisfaction initiatives, revenue generation, operational effectiveness, and profit maximization while ensuring all experiences align with the hotel's service standards and brand vision. The Guest Experience Manager will establish and maintain relationships with local businesses, artisans, entertainers, vendors, and community organizations to enhance the guest experience through strategic partnerships and innovative programming. The position is responsible for managing budgets, maintaining inventories, coordinating promotional efforts, supervising staff, evaluating program effectiveness, and ensuring all experiences contribute to guest loyalty, repeat visitation, and the overall success of Gallery/Experience Lounge. Additionally, the Guest Experience Manager will oversee inventory management of gallery displays, artwork, decorative assets, seasonal decor, experiential programming materials, furnishings, operating supplies, and guest experience equipment associated with Gallery/Experience Lounge. This position is department head bonus eligible. QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Recreation, Tourism, Marketing, Event Management, Business Administration, or related field; or equivalent experience. Minimum three (3) years management experience in hospitality, recreation, guest experiences, entertainment, events, lifestyle programming, or related field.Qualifications
