Job description

Compensation includes 12% commission
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Providing service at the Hotel Concierge Desk
  • Providing guests with area information - dining, land and water activities, transportation, sightseeing, etc.
  • Initiate and follow up with guests' requests received in person and through other communications
  • Confirming guest requests and reservations
  • Booking guests onto excursions
  • Researching and providing guests with additional information as requested by the guest
  • Communicating guest resolutions with appropriate Staff/Departments on property
  • Additional responsibilities as assigned by the Management Team
  • Other duties as assigned.

  • High School Diploma or its' equivalent from an accredited institution (Preferred)
  • Previous experience in customer service, concierge and/or equivalent work experience a PLUS
  • Must be able to walk on various types of surfaces including rough terrain, sitting, standing, maintaining balance, and working alone.
  • Must be able to work various work settings such as exposure to sunlight and outside temperature.
  • Must be able to lift 50lbs.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with all persons contacted during the work.
  • Ability to read, interpret, and apply regulations and safe practices.
  • Ability to operate assigned equipment, read and interpret documents.
  • Ability to multi-task.
  • Ability to speak and write clearly and concisely.
  • Must be able to operate with little or no supervision.
  • Must be willing to work holidays, nights, and weekends.
  • Must have strong interpersonal skills and positive attitude.
  • Team Player, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
