Committed to exceptional service, authentic hospitality, and Forbes standards of excellence, The Driskill remains a celebrated destination where historic grandeur meets modern sophistication.
We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Lead Concierge to join our dedicated team. The right candidate is passionate about hospitality and committed to providing exceptional service. They will be the primary point of contact for guests, ensuring a memorable experience during their stay. This person will uphold Forbes luxury standards of excellence and create elevated experiences for our guests. The Lead Concierge is responsible for delivering enhanced, elevated and curated experiences in Austin, including dining, attractions, and insider knowledge about the city's history and entertainment events. This person should also be deeply familiar with the hotel facilities and assist with guiding / escorting to event space, restaurants, restrooms etc. At times this individual may be asked to assist with guest inquiries and answering phones at the front office.
This position is part-time and will work Thursday - Saturday.
