The organization operates several clinic locations throughout the Florida Panhandle, offering comprehensive outpatient services and access to an on-site ambulatory surgery center and fully functioning immediate care services.
Position Summary
The organization is seeking multiple Board Certified or Board Eligible Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to join its growing Primary Care team across several Florida Panhandle locations, including Destin, Fort Walton Beach, Crestview, and Niceville.
This is a full-time, permanent outpatient opportunity focused on adult patient care within a walk-in clinic model. Providers will work alongside experienced clinical teams in a collaborative and patient-focused environment with strong administrative support and access to immediate care referrals when needed.

Essential Position Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care services for adult patients.
  • Evaluate, diagnose, and treat a variety of acute and chronic medical conditions.
  • Conduct detailed patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Order and interpret diagnostic tests and prescribe appropriate treatments and medications.
  • Promote preventive care, wellness initiatives, and patient education.
  • Collaborate closely with physicians, nursing staff, and multidisciplinary care teams.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the Athena EMR system.
  • Participate in a rotating phone call schedule for rare emergency situations, with nurse triage support handling the majority of calls.
Schedule & Practice Details
  • Full-time position
  • Monday through Friday schedule
  • 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  • Five-day work week required
  • Outpatient-only practice
  • Adult patient population
  • Walk-in care model
  • Access to fully functioning immediate care services for referrals
  • EMR: Athena
  • No visa sponsorship available
Qualifications
  • Education: Master's Degree or higher from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program.
  • Certification: Board Certified or Board Eligible NP or PA.
  • Licensure: Eligible for Florida licensure.
  • Experience: Previous outpatient or primary care experience preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply.
