Job description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented IT Support Specialist to join our technical team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for resolving complex hardware and software issues, ensuring our workforce stays connected and productive. You will leverage your technical acumen to manage a diverse environment of Windows and Apple devices, while upholding industry-standard security and service management protocols.
Core Responsibilities
Hardware & Software Support: Provide high-level troubleshooting for laptops, PCs, mobile devices, and core applications.
Endpoint Management: Utilize MDM platforms (Jamf, MobileIron) to deploy, secure, and manage the mobile fleet.
Process Compliance: Operate within ITIL/ITSM frameworks to ensure streamlined service delivery and incident resolution.
Security Alignment: Implement basic IT security principles to protect company data and hardware assets.
