Job Schedule:

DayTime Fri 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM

Sat 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM

What You'll Do:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to employees, visitors, and guests at a financial institution front desk while carrying out site-specific procedures and security-related policies.
  • Greet and screen visitors, verify identification and authorization, issue visitor credentials, and maintain accurate visitor records in accordance with site requirements.
  • Monitor access to the lobby and controlled entry points, help to deter unauthorized access, and promptly report unusual activity or access concerns.
  • Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response procedures.
  • Answer phones, provide directions and general assistance, communicate with building personnel and/or emergency responders, and maintain a professional front-desk presence.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Have at least 6 months of armed security-related, law enforcement, or military experience.
  • Possess a DD214 with an Honorable Discharge, an associate degree, 60 college credits, a police academy certificate, or a corrections academy certificate.
  • An armed guard card or license is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
