Kitchen Designers use design tools and showroom resources to educate customers, set clear expectations, and provide tailored solutions for every project, whether they're DIYers or working with professionals. Kitchen Designers advocate for customers by highlighting current promotions, financing options, and the advantages of choosing Home Depot over competitors. Kitchen Designers also ensure the showroom is clean, organized, and well-stocked, creating a welcoming and safe shopping environment. Throughout each project, Kitchen Designers follow up on project statuses, address questions, and guide customers every step of the way

Benefits
The Home Depot offers various benefits as part of a total compensation package including: paid vacation1, paid sick leave2, paid parental leave, six paid holidays, medical, dental, vision, tuition reimbursement, 401K with company match, ESPP, profit-sharing bonuses, , and/or other benefits (benefits vary based on the associate's salaried/hourly status and full-time/part-time status).
