What You’ll Do

The successful candidate will fulfill the following responsibilities, including but not limited to:

  • Develop compelling, professional visual designs that communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and the public.
  • Interpret and distill highly technical information into clear, engaging visuals for mainstream audiences.
  • Design and produce a wide range of creative assets, including:
    • Print materials (posters, flyers, direct mail, reports)
    • Digital marketing assets (social media graphics, email campaigns)
    • Presentations
    • Interactive media (GIFs, animations, video)
    • Websites
    • Branding (logos, style guides, visual identity systems)
  • Support marketing and brand initiatives through email marketing, website content management, event materials, promotional products, office signage, presentations, and other print and digital assets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support company-wide initiatives while managing multiple projects and priorities.

Who You Are

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field, or equivalent professional experience, with 3+ years of graphic design experience.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
  • Experience designing, building, and maintaining websites using WordPress and Webflow is strongly preferred.
  • Knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects is a plus, but not required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (including PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications.
  • Strong understanding of digital design, layout, typography, and visual communication across print and web.
  • Excellent creative, organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
