A UX designer (User Experience Designer) produces the design using wireframes.

Wireframe experience, features, who understands web, mobile is a plus

Understands personas, journeys

Mobile + Web experience

Knowledge of CSS and HTML

Qualifications

Portfolio accompanying resume is a must Core Competency is Complex Wireframe Development

Familiarity with the following:
