Job description

JOB SUMMARY
  • Evaluates, plans, and implements specific treatment programs for individual patients according to the principles and practices of physical therapy. Collaborates with interdisciplinary treatment team. Delegates and monitors the work of licensed physical therapist assistants, technicians, and other support staff. 
JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Minimum Education
    • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Minimum Work Experience
    • No previous experience
  • Required Licenses/Certifications
    • License to practice Physical Therapy in the State of Texas or eligible for licensure
    • Current CPR certification
    • Valid Texas Driver's License required only for individuals identified as HMC Designated Drivers per policy
  • Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities
    • Input data into computer programs
    • Familiar with rehabilitation equipment
