• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients’ mental health needs utilizing standard diagnostic tools and methodologies.
• Design and implement individual treatment plans that are evidence-based and tailored to meet the unique challenges of each client.
• Facilitate one-on-one therapy sessions using appropriate therapeutic techniques, including CBT, DBT, and EMDR, depending on client needs.
• Set specific therapeutic goals with clients and track their progress through regular check-ins and outcome assessments.
• Utilize teletherapy platforms efficiently to provide virtual sessions while ensuring adherence to best practices in remote care.
• Maintain up-to-date and accurate client records in compliance with ethical standards and regulatory requirements, demonstrating professionalism in documentation.
• Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to remain informed about new therapeutic methodologies and practices.

As a Mental Health Therapist at Guide Point, you will serve a diverse clientele, comprising individuals facing various mental health challenges such as trauma, anxiety, depression, and other mood disorders. • Must possess a current state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to foster strong therapeutic alliances with clients.
• Ability to exhibit empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental approach in all interactions.
• Demonstrated organizational and time-management capabilities to manage client caseload effectively.

• Prior experience in a clinical setting providing therapy to diverse populations.
• Experience with teletherapy platforms and comfort in delivering services remotely.
• Familiarity with community health resources and the ability to make referrals for comprehensive client support.
