BIM Manager - Design Technology / Revit

We are supporting a growth-oriented architecture firm seeking a BIM - Design Technology Manager to help strengthen and advance their digital design practices.

This role works closely with architects, project managers, consultants, and technical staff to support the consistent use of Building Information Modeling (BIM) and digital design tools across projects.

The position plays a key role in guiding digital workflows, supporting model coordination, and advancing the firm’s design technology capabilities across project teams. This individual will help guide digital standards, improve project workflows, and support teams in the effective use of BIM tools.

Responsibilities
· Support the development and improvement of BIM and digital design workflows across the firm
· Maintain and implement BIM and CAD standards across project teams
· Serve as a technical resource for model coordination and digital project delivery
· Coordinate BIM logistics including model setup, file structure, and naming conventions
· Develop and maintain project models to meet project and client requirements
· Integrate consultant models and support multidisciplinary coordination
· Identify model conflicts and assist teams in resolving coordination issues
· Maintain BIM templates, digital standards, and documentation resources
· Support QA/QC reviews of digital deliverables
· Provide training and guidance to staff on BIM tools and workflows
· Assist with onboarding and evaluation of emerging design technologies.

Qualifications

· 5+ years of experience in architecture, engineering, or construction environments with BIM coordination responsibilities
· Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred

· Technical Skills

· Autodesk Revit required
· Experience with Navisworks, Bluebeam, AutoCAD
· Experience with cloud collaboration tools such as Autodesk Construction Cloud or BIM 360
· Familiarity with multidisciplinary model coordination workflows
