  • Develop automation scripts and digital tools using Dynamo, Python, C#, JavaScript, APIs, MCPs, or similar platforms.
  • Assist with rollout plans, documentation, guides, and best practices for new tools, automation workflows, and advanced digital delivery methods.
  • Work across disciplines to integrate data, models, and workflows into coordinated digital processes that support project delivery.
  • Troubleshoot design and practice technology issues for project teams, including support through the ticketing system.
  • Train, support, and upskill project teams in advanced digital capabilities, automation tools, and computational design workflows.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Design Technology, Practice Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in A/E/C, computational design, design technology, or practice technology.
  • Demonstrated expertise in advanced BIM, computational design, automation, and digital workflows within the AEC industry.
  • Strong technical proficiency in Revit, Dynamo, Rhino, Grasshopper, Python, C#, JavaScript, APIs, MCPs, Navisworks, Autodesk Forma/APS, Bluebeam, and other advanced digital platforms.
  • Experience implementing multi‑discipline BIM workflows and supporting broader design and practice technology processes.
  • Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and systems‑thinking skills with the ability to develop scalable solutions.
  • Ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams and communicate complex technical workflows effectively.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills.
  • Ability to implement processes consistently in a fast‑paced, multi‑office environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Advanced degree or certifications in Architecture, Engineering, Design Technology, Computational Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Experience developing automation tools, scripts, dashboards, or data‑driven workflows that improve project delivery and team efficiency.
  • Strong expertise in computational design platforms such as Dynamo, Grasshopper, Rhino, Python, C#, JavaScript, APIs, MCPs, or related tools.
  • Experience translating emerging technologies into practical, scalable workflows for project teams.
  • Strong understanding of BIM, model coordination, data interoperability, visualization, and digital project delivery in an AEC environment.
  • Experience leading pilot initiatives, applied research, or innovation efforts that result in repeatable tools or workflows.
  • Ability to train, mentor, and upskill users with varying levels of design technology and computational design experience.
