SUMMARY Responsible for creating drawings that exhibit the detail for commercial Plumbing and HVAC system design. Plumbing experience or HVAC experience is required.


PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Develop detailed designs forplumbing systems and controls
  • Provide details on plumbing systemdescriptions.
  • Resolve design problems.
  • Review and analyze specifications.
  • Compute dimensions of materials.
  • Draft technical details.
  • Specify dimensions, materials, and procedures.
  • Draw in minute details of structures.
  • Consult technical handbooks and tables while in drafting phase.
  • Use Computer Aided Design and Drafting systems to prepare drawings.
  • Create and store drawings electronically.
  • Prepare appropriate design revisions.
  • Prepare drawings that detail plans and specifications.
