The Role...

Soho Home is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Studio Manager to lead the Miami Beach Studio located within Soho House. This leadership role is responsible for driving sales targets, delivering an elevated member experience, and cultivating a high performing retail environment reflective of the Soho Home brand aesthetic and values.

The Studio Manager will oversee all aspects of daily studio operations, sales performance, team leadership, visual presentation, and client development while acting as a key ambassador for the brand within the Miami market. This individual must possess a strong understanding of luxury retail, interior design, hospitality-driven service, and operational excellence.

Main Duties...

  • Lead, inspire, and develop the studio team to consistently deliver exceptional client experiences and exceed commercial goals.
  • Conduct daily morning chat-ins focused on sales performance, business priorities, and team motivation.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, professionalism, and elevated service standards.
  • Partner closely with Trade & Interior Design teams to support client relationships and maximize business opportunities.
  • Ensure opening and closing procedures are executed to company standards, including nightly and end of week business recaps.
  • Analyze business trends, product performance, and client behaviors to identify opportunities for revenue growth.
  • Maintain ownership of daily, weekly, and monthly financial targets while accurately reporting performance metrics to leadership teams.
  • Cultivate long-term client relationships that generate repeat business, brand loyalty, and referrals.
  • Maintain strong product knowledge across furniture, lighting, textiles, accessories, and custom offerings to confidently guide purchasing decisions.
  • Partner with SGM to execute initiatives that increase studio traffic, conversion, and average order value.
  • Support members with order placement, tracking, returns, and post-sale service while maintaining a seamless experience.
  • Build meaningful relationships with local designers, trade professionals, and high-value clientele within the Miami market.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the studio, ensuring that all operational standards are consistently maintained.
  • Maintain exceptional visual and housekeeping standards throughout both the sales floor and back-of-house spaces.
  • Execute and oversee monthly inventory counts and stock accuracy processes.
  • Manage inventory replenishment, shipment processing, and organization of stock areas.
  • Partner with the UK-based Visual Manager to provide weekly studio updates and maintain alignment.
  • Execute floor moves, refreshes and seasonal product launches with creativity and attention to detail.
  • Maintain awareness of product performance and client feedback to support merchandising strategies and assortment planning.

Requirements...

  • Proven 2-3 years leadership experience within luxury retail.
  • Strong commercial acumen with a demonstrated ability to drive sales and operational success.
  • Passion for interior design, home furnishings, and client service.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to lead with professionalism, adaptability, and a hands-on approach.
  • Strong understanding of retail KPIs, reporting, and business operations.
  • Experience with furniture, lighting, and design-focused retail environments preferred.
  • POS and retail systems experience preferred.
  • Ability to thrive in a slow-paced, client-focused environment and building out member retention.

Physical Requirements

  • Must be able to seize, grasp, turn and hold objects with hands.
  • Must be able to work on your feet for at least 8 hours.
  • Fast paced movements are required to go from one part of the studio to other parts of the House.
  • Must be able to move, pull, carry, or lift at least 50 pounds.
  • Occasionally kneel, bend, crouch and climb as required.
