Job Title: Security Analyst Manager (Replace Security Manager)

Business Unit: Physical Security

Location: Tallahassee, FL

Reports To: Director of Security Analysts and Operations

ROLE SUMMARY 

The Security Analyst Manager will be an integral part of the Trulieve Security department, reporting to the Director of Security Analysts and Operations. The Security Analyst Manager plays a critical role in ensuring the safety and security of Trulieve assets, facilities, and personnel. This individual will be responsible for managing the flow of floor plan approvals, supporting security area managers in integrating new locations, overseeing the national security analyst team, and fostering communication and alignment across security operations. This position requires a candidate that will be detail-oriented, possess strong leadership skills, and have a comprehensive understanding of security operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Manage and oversee the National Security Analyst Team providing guidance, support, and oversight to ensure that the team is working effectively, and operational decisions are made by accurate intelligence. Monitor the workflow of the team and conduct regular reviews to ensure compliance and company security standards are maintained.
  • Support the regional security teams with security integration projects; ensuring compliance and company standards are upheld. Including but not limited to: new locations, security system changes, device reductions and multi-step security projects. Ensure a seamless integration of security strategies across the nation to align with the company's security standards.
  • Manage the change management process of floorplan approvals and changes. Facilitating with the regional security team alongside other support departments such as IT, Construction and Compliance to ensure we meet the operational needs as well as maintaining compliance and internal standards.
  • Collaborate with the SOC Manager on security procedures, incident response, operational tasks, and cross functions to ensure efficiency across the department.
  • Play a key role during critical incident management events by flexing the tasks of the analyst team and delegating responsibilities to ensure the organization's needs are met. Ensure that analyst team members are effectively supporting the organization during a critical incident, whether through direct incident analysis or other support activities.
QUALIFICATIONS 
  • Proven experience managing security teams and working cross-functionally with other departments.
  • Strong knowledge of security systems, including access control, surveillance, and risk management.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and make decisions under pressure.
  • Relevant certifications in security management (e.g., CPP, PSP, or similar) are a plus.
  • Familiarity with security systems: Architectural design systems (Bluebeam or CAD) CCTV, Alarm Systems and Access Control. (Preferably DW and Brivo)
  • Strong analytical skills or other relevant skills
  • Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
  • Flexibility of hours - some nights and weekends required.

 

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS & WORK ENVIRONMENT
  • Must be able to push, pull, move, and/or lift a minimum of 50 lbs. to a minimum height of 5 feet and able to push, pull, move, and/or carry such weight a minimum distance of 50 feet, with or without mechanical assistance
  • Must be able to work seated/standing as appropriate at workstations for extended periods of time, maintain body equilibrium while climbing ladders, stairways, stopping, kneeling, crouching, and reaching, and use hands/fingers to hold, grasp, turn, pick, pinch frequently/constantly to complete tasks
  • Must have visual acuity with/without job aids to perform activities such as; reading, viewing a computer terminal, visual inspection involving small parts/details. Clarity of vision at 20 ft or more in day and night/dark conditions Must be able to speak and communicate verbally at conversation levels with co-workers, vendors, etc. (Moderate noise)
