  • Oversee the development of permit sets and construction documentation with a focus on technical quality, constructability, and coordination
  • Manage multiple medium- to large-scale projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment with budgets, schedules, and client expectations
  • Coordinate closely with consultants, internal disciplines, contractors, and ownership teams to drive seamless project execution
  • Implement and maintain QA/QC standards to ensure accuracy, consistency, and technical excellence across all deliverables
  • Provide leadership during construction administration, including field observations, submittal reviews, RFIs, and technical problem-solving
  • Monitor project financial performance, including labor utilization, billing, collections, and profitability metrics
  • Mentor project managers, architects, and production staff to support technical growth and leadership development
  • Collaborate with firm leadership and cross-functional departments including Marketing, Accounting, and Quality Assurance
  • Support a collaborative studio culture focused on innovation, accountability, and design excellence

Required Qualifications

  • Licensure: Registered Architect with active NCARB certification
  • Technical Expertise: Strong command of construction documentation, detailing, constructability, and building systems coordination
  • Software: Proficiency in Revit; familiarity with Smartsheet and Microsoft Office preferred
  • Project Leadership: Proven ability to lead projects through all phases of design and construction
  • Communication: Excellent leadership, client management, and decision-making skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience leading hospitality, senior living, multifamily, or mixed-use projects
  • Strong construction administration and field coordination background
  • Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop architectural staff
