Job description

Join Clarivate as a Lead Product Manager for IPOne, our unified AI-powered platform that transforms intellectual property research and enterprise workflows across patents, trademarks, litigation, and industrial design. In this role, you will own product strategy, roadmap decisions, and business outcomes for a major product portfolio, identifying market opportunities and unmet customer needs while driving innovative solutions throughout the product lifecycle. You will work with cross-functional teams, leading the delivery of high-impact products, advocate for customers, establish scalable product management frameworks, and customer value.

About You - experience, education, skills, and accomplishments

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience

  • 10+ years of experience in a product-related role, ideally a technical product manager or similar

  • Prior work experience with AI products/platforms

  • 5+ years of experience working closely with clients to develop product solutions and relationships

  • Prior experience launching new products

  • 5+ years of experience partnering with sales to support GTM

It would be great if you also had...

  • Intellectual Property experience or knowledge

  • Prior experience working in IP legal, IP examination, or as a paralegal

  • Prior experience working in a tech start up or similar with product launches

  • Experience working with executive level stakeholders

  • Build and manage key processes that enhance operational efficiency and support product development initiatives

  • Actively advocate for customer needs and feedback throughout the organization, ensuring that the customer's voice is integrated into all decisions

  • Lead cross-functional initiatives that drive scalability and enhance the company's overall performance and productivity

  • Mentor leaders in other teams, sharing insights and best practices to cultivate leadership skills and promote cross-departmental collaboration.

About the Team

You will join the IPOne Product Management team within Clarivate's Intellectual Property business. This highly visible role partners closely with teams in a global, matrixed environment. You'll work alongside talented colleagues around the world who are passionate about innovation, customer outcomes, and advancing the intellectual property ecosystem. This position reports directly to the Vice President of Product Management.

Hours of Work

  • Full Time, Permanent position

  • This is a hybrid role working 2 days a week in one of our Clarivate offices, preferably located in EST or CST. We encourage all qualified candidates in the US to apply.

  • This role may require occasional travel as needed
