Job description

Job Description: 

As a Product Intern with Kensington's Ultraluxe team, you will develop a strong foundation for a career in luxury travel, product development, procurement, commercial strategy, or operations. Working closely with the Ultraluxe team, you will gain exposure to the design, development, and management of some of the world's most exclusive travel experiences, while receiving mentorship from industry leaders and gaining insight into the luxury travel ecosystem. 

This position offers a unique opportunity to learn how luxury travel products are sourced, built, maintained, and brought to market, while contributing to meaningful projects across destinations, villas, yachts, private aviation, experiences, and strategic partnerships. 

Job Responsibilities 

  • Assist with the maintenance and development of the Ultraluxe product portfolio, including itineraries, villas, experiences, and supplier details. 
  • Assist with product audits, quality assurance reviews, and portfolio optimization projects. 
  • Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify emerging luxury travel trends and opportunities. 
  • Support the team with itinerary reviews, content updates, and product documentation. 
  • Assist with sales enablement initiatives, including product updates, presentations, brochures, and training materials. 
  • Help manage and organize supplier information, contracts, and product assets. 
  • Participate in special projects related to product, procurement, commercial performance, and strategic growth initiatives. 
  • Provide general administrative support including data entry, reporting, file management, and team collaboration.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. 
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Comfortable working with spreadsheets, research, and data analysis. 
  • Interest in luxury travel, hospitality, tourism, or product development.
