Job description

We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Marketing Coordinator to join our highly collaborative and dynamic marketing team. The position can be located in our Vancouver or Calgary studio.

ย Working closely with the Marketing Director, the marketing department, and the studioโ€™s leadership team, your primary responsibilities will be to produce compelling proposal submissions and lead communication efforts in support of branding, business development, public relations, and client engagement goals.

ย The successful candidate will have a minimum of four years of experience in marketing in a professional services firm, preferably architecture. Our new teammate will be a positive, resourceful, and proactive individual who possesses strong graphic design, writing, interpersonal, and communications skills. They are highly creative, a strategic thinker, use storytelling to enhance marketing strategy, and are skilled at managing competing priorities.

ย As aย Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for the following:ย 

  • Working with the marketing and management teams to lead marketingโ€™s contribution for: RFQโ€™s, RFEIโ€™s, RFPโ€™s, client interviews, and research
  • Creating and managing various marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, project sheets, resumes, and award submittals
  • Supporting media-related efforts: preparing media packages, developing and updating website content, and developing and distributing direct mail campaigns
  • Developing social media strategy and postings in support of studio promotional goals

  • Have strong graphic, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Be highly organized and detail oriented
  • Be a creative and strategic thinker with an ability to prioritize and problem solve
  • Work collaboratively, independently, and under pressure
  • Have a post-secondary education in marketing, communications, graphic design, journalism, public relations, or architecture
  • Bring 4+ years of directly relevant marketing and communications experience, ideally in an Architecture/Engineering/Construction industry
  • Have advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite -- required
  • Video production and content development skills are an assetย
