At R&R Engineers-Surveyors, our Design Engineersare involved in active projects from the beginning, not just production workbehind the scenes. You'll support residential and commercial land developmentprojects through design, permitting, and coordination while working alongsideexperienced engineers, project managers, municipalities, and multidisciplinaryteams. You can expect a combination of Civil 3D design, problem-solving,collaboration, and practical project experience that helps build both technicalskills and confidence over time.

What You'll Do
  • Design site plans, grading, utility, and drainage systems
