Industrial Design Co-op Design the products people use every day.

Are you a creative problem-solver who loves turning ideas into tangible products? As an Industrial Design Co-op, you'll work alongside experienced designers, engineers, marketers, and sales professionals to help bring new product and packaging concepts to life. From sketching and 3D modeling to prototyping and presenting concepts, you'll gain hands-on experience throughout the entire product development process.

We're looking for someone who is curious, eager to learn, and excited to grow as a designer. If you enjoy tackling challenges, exploring new ideas, and receiving feedback that helps you improve, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

What You'll Do
  • Create sketches, renderings, physical mockups, and 3D models that communicate innovative product and packaging concepts.
  • Support product development projects through concept generation, design exploration, and creative problem-solving.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Design, Engineering, Marketing, and Sales to develop compelling consumer solutions.
  • Help transform customer and market insights into new product and packaging ideas.
  • Assist in developing prototypes and work with the team to bring concepts to completion.
  • Create 3D CAD models for product improvements and prototype tooling projects.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions, design reviews, and product ideation workshops.
  • Design and produce 3D-printed models for concept evaluations and presentations.
  • Build visually engaging product pitch decks and presentation materials.
  • Present concepts and design recommendations to internal stakeholders and external audiences.
  • Document project progress, findings, and outcomes through written reports and presentations.
