What You’ll Do

  • Complete punch walks and make-ready work to perfection ️
  • Respond quickly and professionally to service requests
  • Handle repairs across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliances
  • Perform preventative maintenance to keep everything running smoothly
  • Maintain the property’s exterior, amenities, and shared spaces
  • Communicate clearly with residents and team members
  • Take part in the on-call rotation
  • Take pride in every home, hallway, and detail
