As an Design Integration Manager, you will lead and coordinate all preconstruction management activities. It is essential to be goal oriented, organized, and professional and doing so exceed client expectations. Critical for success in this position will be to oversee and integrate multidisciplinary design efforts, facilitate permitting strategies and assess risk management. You will lead estimating teams through the development of preliminary estimates and GMP proposals by engaging partners, aligning scope, detailing assumptions, while integrating cost, schedule, phasing, and procurement considerations.

What it takes:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
  • 8+ years' experience in design build, integrated project delivery or complex construction projects
  • Strong understanding of construction execution, sequencing, means and methods, and close-out
  • PE & DBIA Certification (Desired)
  • Experience with alternative delivery methods such as Design-Build, Progressive Design-Build, or CM/GC
  • Travel requirements will vary but could exceed 50% depending on assignment and project requirements
  • Demonstrated experience coordinating multiple design disciplines and external consultants
  • Understanding and experience with win strategies, pricing and project scheduling
  • Experience in technical writing
  • Understanding of Scheduling, Estimating and Project Controls Software
  • A valid driver license for the type(s) of vehicles you may be driving and an acceptable driving record
