Job description


We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Designer with expertise in HVAC and building mechanical systems for semiconductor and high-tech facility projects. This role will be responsible for developing detailed designs, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, and producing high-quality construction documents using Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.
Pay: $40.00- $67.00 per hour DOE
Qualifications:
  • Associate's degree in Computer Drafting & Design or related experience
  • 5+ years of mechanical design experience
  • Experience with semiconductor or high-tech facility projects
  • Advanced proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD
  • Navisworks experience for model review and coordination
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, mechanical design, codes, and standards

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and coordinate mechanical system designs and project deliverables
  • Create models, plans, sections, details, and construction documents
  • Perform design reviews and multidisciplinary coordination
  • Conduct field surveys and resolve design conflicts
