JOB HIGHLIGHTS--Sales Representative
We are looking for an outstanding individual to join the sales team as a Sales Representative. You will make sales for resident care services, including engaging in community outreach, conducting tours for prospective residents and executing the sales process. You will make a difference in the lives of families by walking alongside them as they select a new home for their loved one.
Responsibilities--Sales Representative
  • Performing initial contact, follow-up contact and residence tours for potential customers and/or family members
  • Assuring community awareness of the residence through design, implementation, and maintenance of outreach programs for referral sources and community organizations
  • Developing and executing lead events according to approved event schedule
  • Maintaining budgeted occupancy goals and documenting all sales activity
  • Assists with the "Ready for Company" standard and coordinating the 100 Hours/100 Days program
