Overview:

We are looking for a team player to prepare artwork for output for various decoration methods, including screen printing, embroidery and sublimation. We will provide you with the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in apparel decoration and graphic design.


The Production Artist's duties will include both creative and technical roles in the design and production process. He or she will review all orders and artwork while preparing it for production.



Responsibilities:

  • Prepare final approved artwork for production
  • Prioritize jobs based on production needs and ship dates
  • Work proficiently in Adobe Illustrator
  • Maintain technical knowledge
  • Modify artwork and template designs as needed
  • Collaborate closely with both the graphic artists and production departments
  • The production artist must have a keen eye for detail to ensure all artwork is correct
  • Be a solutions provider for difficult design jobs
  • Have a heightened sense of urgency to ensure orders are completed in a timely fashion
  • Resolve all production issues and changes requested from all production departments
