Dermatologist to join our established team in St. Cloud, MN

This position is eligible for hiring incentives to include sign-on bonus and relocation assistance.

Summary

Discover an exceptional opportunity for a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Medical Dermatologist in Central Minnesota, where you can deliver full-spectrum dermatologic care within a highly collaborative and well-established practice. At CentraCare Dermatology in St. Cloud, physicians practice alongside five accomplished dermatology colleagues in a modern, expanded clinic offering comprehensive medical, surgical, and cosmetic services. This position offers outstanding work-life balance with a four-day workweek, instant volume supported by a large referral network, significant autonomy to pursue clinical interests, and optional cosmetic and Mohs opportunities with mentorship available. Newly trained physicians are welcome to apply.

Pay and Benefits
  • Salary range: $500,000 - $690,000 per year
    • Pay may be determined by factors such as education, experience, skills, knowledge, location, and internal equity
    • Salary and salary range are based on a 1.0 FTE, reduced FTE will result in a prorated offer rate
    • May be eligible for additional pay through bonuses, quality incentives, or production-based (RVU) compensation.

CentraCare Dermatology offers a comprehensive, technology-forward practice environment with a full spectrum of medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology services. The department is equipped with advanced laser and aesthetic technologies, providing numerous cosmetic opportunities for physicians who wish to incorporate these services into their practice.

Available technologies include PDL, Alexandrite 755 nm, Fraxel, and Clear + Brilliant, along with Botox, dermal fillers, and cosmetic removal of benign lesions. Physicians have the autonomy to tailor their clinical focus and are supported by experienced staff dermatologists who provide cosmetic mentorship, making this an ideal setting for both seasoned clinicians and newly trained physicians interested in expanding their aesthetic skill set.

The clinic features modern, expanded facilities with large procedure rooms, light therapy, smoke evacuators for surgery, and dedicated clinical support staff aligned to patient volumes. Integrated operational and administrative support allows physicians to focus on high-quality care, while close collaboration with other specialties across the CentraCare system enhances both clinical efficiency and patient outcomes.
