Compensation * Regular pay after training: $20.00-$26.00 per hour, * Starting pay within this range is based on relevant experience, qualifications, and the employer's compensation structure. * Compensation details will be reviewed with qualified candidates during the hiring process. Training and Training Pay * The position begins with required role-specific training. * Training is scheduled 3 days per week and paid at $20.00 per hour for scheduled training hours. * Training may continue for up to 3 weeks based on individual progress and completion of required training objectives. * Training expectations and scheduling details will be reviewed before training begins. * After completing the required training, employees transition to the regular RN pay rate of $20.00-$26.00 per hour. Work Schedule * This position includes 2 scheduled workdays and 1 designated standby day per week. * Availability for 3 days per week is required for this schedule. * On the designated standby day. the employee should be available to report to the assigned clinic if needed * The employee will be notified if they are needed to work on the standby day. Otherwise, they will not be required to report that day. * Specitic workdays and shift times are based on appointment schedules and staffing needs. * This is an on-site position.
