We provide a corporate culture that values teamwork, a strong work ethic, service to others, and personal balance.SUMMARY: The Assistant General Manager is responsible for managing the day-day-operations of the hotel while supporting the General Manager in providing overall leadershipโ€™s continuing effort to deliver outstanding customer service and financial profitability.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Responsible for all day-to-day operations of the hotelEnsure the satisfaction of our guestsMaintain brand standards and hotel complianceOversee all hotel operations including front desk, sales and marketing, accounting, human resources, revenue management, housekeeping, maintenance, and safety and securityPlan, organize, facilitate and/or participate in various hotel and department meetingsDevelop and implement plans that improve guest satisfaction and employee satisfactionMonitor service quality, operational efficiency, guest satisfaction, standards compliance and service and financial measurementsIdentify operational performance, productivity and efficiency gaps and develop measures to correct those deficienciesSupport assigned departments to achieve financial/business plan goals and expectations in accordance with established operating budget, monitoring progress monthly and implementing controls for expense managementMinimize risk and oversee loss prevention measures in the areas of safety of guests and associates and security of the hotel and property and in accordance with state, federal and company policiesPerforms other related duties as assigned by the General ManagerSUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:Directly supervises employees within the department(s)Indirectly supervises employees within the department(s)Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable lawsResponsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees;
