Job Description:

The Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW) plays a key role in supporting the mental and emotional well-being of individuals, families, and communities in a rural healthcare setting.

This position involves conducting psychosocial assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and delivering evidence-based therapeutic interventions across the lifespan.

As part of an integrated care team, you will collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and behavioral health professionals to provide coordinated, whole-person care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments
