• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' mental health status, identifying areas requiring focus and intervention.
• Design and implement tailored treatment plans that align with clients' personal goals and specific mental health needs, utilizing evidence-based practices.
• Facilitate engaging individual therapy sessions via teletherapy platforms, applying solution-focused therapeutic methods to instigate positive behavioral changes.
• Provide crisis intervention support to clients experiencing urgent mental health issues, utilizing appropriate techniques and compassionate communication.
• Maintain thorough documentation of client interactions and progress, while minimizing administrative burdens through streamlined electronic health record (EHR) systems.

This role primarily focuses on adult clients grappling with anxiety and depression. You will work with individuals from various backgrounds, each requiring unique understanding and support. • A valid and active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master’s degree or doctorate in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• A compassionate and empathetic demeanor, enabling clients to feel safe and understood in their therapeutic experiences.
• Effective organizational skills to manage caseloads efficiently while maintaining high therapeutic standards.
• A clean disciplinary history with the relevant licensing board, demonstrating professionalism and ethical practice.

• Experience working with individuals struggling with anxiety or depression in a clinical setting.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and remote therapeutic practices.
• Previous involvement in crisis intervention or emergency mental health care.
• Proven track record of client retention and positive therapy outcomes.
