Create personal relationships with our clients, gather service information, inputs tickets, coordinate and follow-up to ensure our customers are satisfied.

Customer Service

  • Create rapport and line of communication with the customer. Our business philosophy is to have personal relationships with our clients while providing outstanding service.
  • Provide Customer Service for clients throughout the nation including creating tickets, deploying contractors, following up on resolution, closing tickets and communicating with the client.
  • Maintaining ICS data integrity in the ICS business system.
  • Troubleshooting of basic issues over the phone for the client including registering phones and resetting passwords.
  • Follow-up with customers to ensure they are satisfied with the service and that the problem was resolved.


Requirements
