Position Details:
Start Date: Immediate
Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Experience Needed: 2-3 years preferred
Preferred Skills:
  • Crowns and Dentures
  • Implants and Bone Grafting
  • Desire to learn to place implants
Patient Information:
  • Caseload: Primarily adult patients
  • Pay Types: PPO/FFS (No Medicaid or HMO)
Office Information:
  • Operatories: 5
  • Charting Software: Dentrix (fully digital office)
  • Technology and Equipment:
    • Digital X-rays, Pano, and iTero scanner
    • CEREC available
    • Plans to add CBCT and 3D printing
    • Open to acquiring additional technology as needed
Procedures Offered:
  • Restorative Dentistry (Crowns, Dentures)
  • Posterior Endodontics
  • Implant Placement
  • Extractions
  • Invisalign
Team and Mentorship:
  • Team Members:
    • 1 dentist (expanding as demand increases)
    • 2 dental assistants per dentist
    • 2 hygienists (with plans to add a third)
    • Front desk: 1-2
  • Mentorship Opportunity: Yes
Compensation and Benefits:
  • Base Salary: $200,000 ($1,000/day equivalent)
  • Additional Earnings: 32% collections up to $65k/month, 35% thereafter
  • Other Benefits: Partnership opportunities after 12 months, plus additional incentives and perks
