We are seeking a motivated, team-oriented Pediatric Dentist to lead and grow a brand-new office in the Bearden area of Tennessee. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in launching a new practice, building a patient base, and shaping the culture from the ground up.

Our focus is on delivering high-quality pediatric dental care in a welcoming, family-friendly environment. This office will follow our integrated POP (Pediatric & Orthodontic Process) model, which brings pediatric dentistry and orthodontics together under one roof to create a seamless, comprehensive patient experience.

You’ll work alongside an orthodontist in the same office, allowing for strong clinical collaboration, continuity of care, and the ability to support patients throughout every stage of their dental development. This model enhances both patient outcomes and provider experience by fostering teamwork and shared treatment planning.
